Documents

What documents concerning the order and products will I receive?
You will receive a delivery note and invoice together with your order.  Certificate of Analysis or other documents necessary for delivery to your destination country (customs documents, MSDS etc.) are available on request.

Where can I find relevant product documents? 
Description of the products including relevant documents (IFU, MSDS etc.) can be found at product webpages at www.geneproof.com.  Registration and signing in can be sometimes requested to enter the non-public part of the web. 

Transport and delivery of the products

Do your products require special handling during transport? 
Yes, all PCR kits are transported on dry ice at temperatures from -80 to -20 °C.

 

When do I get the ordered products?

How do you transport your products?   
We transport ordered products through courier services of delivery companies TNT, FedEx, DHL, or we use services of specialized companies. The delivery price varies according to the size of the package and destination.
