myCROBE/croBEE 2.0 Universal Extraction Kit (IVDR)

Extraction kit provides following components – pre-filled cartridges, extraction reagents (Prot K, Carrier RNA), sample tubes, and elution tubes. Enables efficient nucleic acid extraction from a wide range of biological materials. It is suitable for human, fungal, bacterial, and viral DNA or RNA, offering laboratories a versatile tool for routine and specialized testing. When working with whole blood or urine, the use of the dedicated pretreatment is required to support optimal performance.

GeneProof Blood Pretreatment Sample Tube (IVDR)

This pretreatment is specifically developed for whole blood samples and helps to reduce viscosity to support efficient DNA extraction. Whenever DNA extraction from whole blood is required, including this pretreatment step can make the workflow smoother and help achieve more consistent outcomes.

GeneProof Urine Pretreatment Sample Tube (IVDR)

This pretreatment is specifically developed for urine samples and helps to reduce the risk of PCR inhibition. Whenever DNA extraction from urine is required, including this pretreatment step can make the workflow smoother and support more reliable outcomes.

myCROBE Universal Internal Control

The myCROBE Universal Internal Control serves as an important quality check of the whole diagnostic process, helping to ensure that both extraction and amplification perform as expected. Additionally, it is universal for use with all myCROBE PCR kits designed for microbiological testing.

Tips

• myCROBE/croBEE 2.0 Tips 1000μl are used within the extraction process, with one tip always used for one sample. 
• myCROBE PCR Tips 200μl intended for handling reagents and eluates, with the number of tips required depending on the number of samples and parameters being tested. Before starting a run, the instrument will alert you if there are not enough tips to complete the entire analysis.

myCROBE Universal Control Set 

The myCROBE Universal Control Set is designed for both qualitative and quantitative analysis. It includes four calibrators (Positive Control A–D) together with a negative control. A single use corresponds to one PCR run of a kit. This control set is fully compatible with all MC IT PCR Kits and MC STI PCR Kits.

myCROBE Genetic Control Set

The myCROBE Genetic Control Set contains three positive controls – wild type, heterozygote, and mutant – together with a negative control. It is used to support the correct determination of detected allelic variants of the polymorphism and helps ensure reliability of the analysis. A single use corresponds to one PCR run of a kit. This control set is fully compatible with all MC Thrombotic PCR Kits.

myCROBE PCR Plates & myCROBE PCR Seal 

The myCROBE PCR Plates and PCR Seals are plastic accessories compatible with the instrument. Used for PCR amplification. One plate and one seal are required for each PCR run.

myCROBE PCR Waste bin
