RT-PCR Respiratory Panel 1 is a multiplex kit for the simultaneous detection and differentiation of Influenza A, Influenza B, RSV and SARS-CoV-2 viruses. We are excited to introduce this new product in collaboration with DIANA Biotechnologies.

• Detects and distinguishes Influenza A, Influenza B, RSV and SARS-CoV-2 in a single reaction tube 
• Suitable as an aid to differential diagnostics of agents causing common respiratory infections 

SPECIMEN COMPATIBILITY 

• One-step RT-PCR protocol from RNA isolated from a variety of biological samples, such as nasopharyngeal, oropharyngeal, nasal or buccal swabs, saliva, sputum, nasopharyngeal fluid (aspirate) and more 

HIGH SENSITIVITY 

• Detection with LoD as low as 2 cp per well for SARS-CoV-2 
• This level of sensitivity is crucial for early intervention and controlling the spread of infections 

HIGH SPECIFICITY 

• Detects the most common circulating Influenza A subtypes: H1N1, H1N1-pdm, H3N2, H5N1 and H7N9, but also H2N2, H1N2, H5N6 and H9N2 
• Detects both Influenza B subtypes Victoria and Yamagata 
• Detects both viruses RSV A and RSV B
